      On September 25^th 2008, invited by Ministry of Science and Technology and State Oceanic Administration, the chairman Lin Yongye of our company was present on the conference of “National marine development by reliance on science and technology” organized in Beijing. There are 8 State-owned enterprises as Sinopec, PetroChina Co., CSIC, State Development Investment Corporation and 6 high-tech oceanic corporations as CNOOC Engineering, Golden-shell Biochemical Co., Ltd.,   Shenzhen Yantian Port and so on.

Based on 《Nnational "Eleventh Five-Year "Marine Science and Technology Development Plan》, 《National Marine Economy Development Plan》and 《National Oceanic and career development planning framework》, this conference specially formulated 《National Technology and the Sea Plan (2008-2015 ) 》. summed up and exchanged of experience about the work of marine development by reliance on science and technology , assigned  the work and the main task of "Eleventh Five-Year "Marine Science and Technology Development", which gave the work of the new era Marine Science and Technology Development a new position.
